I shall be glad to present my profile, that I hail from Punjab, born in Delhi during 60s. My father had a proud record having served as Lieutenant in the Indian army constituted by the great Netaji Subash Chandra Bose. My education was at different places right from Delhi to the Physical Education at LNCPE Gwalior. My initial job was in Indo-Gulf Fertilizer, a Birla group Company at Jagdishpur Utter Pradesh and later joined the Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, a Navratna Company of Government of India, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Visakhapatnam as a professional in sports department and as in-charge wherein number of activities were initiated and carried out under my stewardship. I had to my credit one Silver medal each in the Inter Steel Boxing and Wrestling Championships. Associated as a coach to the VSP Boxing team in Federation cup at Chennai in the year 1991. Having done the MBA with specialization in Marketing, I was assigned by my Company the tasks to evaluate and undertake research involving various strategies and trends in the Steel Marketing throughout the globe.
M y research in Sports Psychology at Free University of Amesterdam, the Netherlands, afforded me in developing a standardized questionnaire on Self Estimation to Coaches in facilitating their methods of conceptual coaching. While evaluating various techniques, developed TEMAC a scientific applied test at Budapest, Hungary, for measuring attention and concentration of various population to enhance their ability of co-ordination of mind and body specific to physiology of movement. Out of varied nature of experiences, I am also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, trained and certified in Biometric Security Systems from USA. Besides having undergone training as certified Engineer in installation and maintenance of CCTV and intruder alarm systems from Ireland, I undertake consultancy to the Organisations and professional bodies on the technical know-how of such systems in person and also through online.
